Here are a few of our signature flavours, the most popular flavours we bake.

Victoria Sandwich/Vanilla

A light, fluffy sponge made with our own handmade Vanilla extract. Filled with either whipped buttercream, or a fruit rich Jam from the New Forest – or why not fill with both buttercream AND jam?


A rich, moist sponge made with melted dark chocolate. Filled either with light, whipped chocolate buttercream or rich ganache.


A bright, moist sponge made with freshly juiced and zested lemons. Filled with zesty whipped lemon buttercream and/or bright lemon curd.

Coffee and Walnut

A fluffy sponge made with freshly brewed  Rainforest Alliance Espresso and scattered with chopped walnuts. Filled with whipped  espresso buttercream.


A rich sponge made with freshly grated carrots and scattered with chopped walnuts. Filled with either our light, whipped, vanilla buttercream or a zesty orange buttercream.

Nanny’s Rich Fruit Cake

A rich fruit cake, made by The Daisy Cake Company’s ‘Nanny’ with fruits, spices and brandy. Baked slowly for hours to ensure the moisture stays in and matured with additional brandy  before covering with apricot preserve and marzipan.
